Eric has written books for children
and parents & teachers. He started working with young children in 1972 as a
day care center cook. For the last
24 years, he has been teaching at the
Cabrillo
College
Children’s Center & Early Childhood Education Department. His work with
children was highlighted in the video, Starting Small, from the
Southern
Poverty
Law
Center
's Teaching Tolerance Project.
